How we handle personal data on this website.

Who we are
This website is operated by Abdillah Works, a creative studio based in Indonesia. For anything in this policy, contact us through the contact page.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, the subject you pick and the message you write.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics. We measure page views and which links are used. The analytics tool is configured to be privacy-friendly, without advertising profiles.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we collect it
- To answer your message and, if it becomes a project, to work with you.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To understand which work people look at, so we can improve the site.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation, and are then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider. We delete data when you ask us to.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run this site: a hosting provider, a form delivery service for the contact form, and an analytics service. They process data on our instructions. Some of them operate outside Indonesia.
Data outside Indonesia
Our hosting, form and analytics providers may store data outside Indonesia. Where that happens, we rely on the conditions the applicable Indonesian data protection rules set for transfers abroad, and we keep the number of providers involved as small as we can.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If something goes wrong
If personal data we hold is exposed, we will assess what happened, limit the harm, and notify the people affected and the authorities as required by Indonesian law.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. If the analytics tool we use requires a cookie, we will say so here and ask for your consent before setting it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
